This game is separated into 3 steps and five phases...
Phase 1
In this phase the player order is determined to see who goes 1st and last... This phase is very important in the game... The player with the most cities goes 1st...
Phase 2
In this phase each player may or may not bid to buy a power plant... The buyer states the price and players can bid or pass to intercept the buyer from buyin it... The 1st player buys 1st and all players can only buy 1 everytime and can store only 3 power plants... When a power plant is bought a new 1 is drawn so there will be a better power plant everytime...
Phase 3
Players buy their resources needed in the resource market... The last player will buy 1st so that they can catch up by paying the lowest... Every player can buy twice as much as needed 2 supply for their cities...
Phase 4
In this phase players build network to connect their cities... The last player starts 1st so that they have a chance to catch up... The players pay the price needed 4 the cities and put 1 on the map...
Phase 5
This phase is called bureaucracy and players 1st earn cash buy burnin their resources to power up their cities... Next new resources are put into the resource market and finally the highest value power plant in the market is put under the Step 3 card... After all these Phase 1 starts again...
This game is also separated in2 3 steps... Step 1 is the start and Step 2 happens when a player connects 7 cities and Step 3 starts when the Step 3 card is drawn... In Step 2 all cities can have two players and in Step 3 3 players can be in 1 city... Step 3 also let players to have 6 choices when buying power plants...
Winning The Game
The winner is the 1 who can supply the most cities in his or her network with the resources needed...
The Verdict
After around 4 games... I feel that this is a really nice game and it goes on fluently for the whole game except for the ending which is quite sudden... But everythin was well and worth it except for the cheap box which does not have a place for storage... This game will provide a lot of paralysis analysis and a whole lot of fun time... And you'll never get bored because of its double-sided map and ur choice in choosin the area to play... I totally recommend this game to any1 and its best with 4 to 5 players... Any1 who wana have a testdrive or play this game can always tell me and I'll try to prepare it 4 u...

P.S. Sejarah or history is elf's worst... And never give elves those glitter-powder stuff... We have allergy to it... It was a bad experience for me on Friday...
Alright back to the story... Since I don't have much to talk bout things... I'll start giving reviews on anything I saw or played or anything at all...
The first review would be the school review...
Due to the possibilities of me getting sued by this or the probability of being captured by the human police is very high... I have no choice but to darken some sensitive issues... Though my blog still might be shut down for this... If you take a look closely you can see that the school is desperately needing students to come back due to the high number of leavers of the school... This is a silly way to do it... This is just an opinion of mine and what i think this letter is all about... If that's not what it really is then please feel free to tell me... I'm not blaming the school for the price raise because of the new building and everything but why that much?? Hope that the fees will go lower than planned...
Next would be my game review... This online game is called Drift City at http://drift.ijji.com/...
Its a cool new game where players drive their own cars in an online world completing missions and chasing HUV ( High-tech Unmaned Vehicles ) by joinin the OMD ( Organization of Mittron Development )... The graphic is nice and you can also battle with other players...
Thats all I can think of for now... I'll update it soon enough...
